• Ensure administration process according to SOP
• Responsible for manpower fulfilment and selection process, include: sourcing candidates, screening and interview.
• Provide administration and involve various tasks related to general operations 
• Facilitate & coordinate training course for store employee based Corporate Team Training
• Ensure supporting facilities and activities for the smooth operation.

Requirement

• Minimum S1 from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of working experience at Human Resource or General Affair
• Have good understanding in Indonesian Labour Law
• Preferably familiar with retail industry
• Willing to work in shift system, including weekends
• Good analytical thinking, planning organizing and time management
• Able to communicate and work as a team
